The company was established in 1980 as specialist in conservation and restoration of listed buildings and furniture/fixted interiors. Eventually also including consulting and contracting works for museums, public institutions and private.

 

Knut Audum has also contributed in training of artisans, architects and engineers in Norway and abroad.

 

Later on Knut worked as a special advisor at the Institute of Technology and founder and head of the department for building preservation in consulting engineering firm A.L. Høyer/Høyer Finseth.

 

The company possesses experience in buying / selling and developing property in France and Italy.
